Basically what are the scriptures that support the notion that God created man primarily to worship Him?
I need the actual biblical bits that support it for something and can't find them.
try Colossians 1:16 and John 4:21...hope this helps.
I thought we were made to love God, and for him to love us back.
Is worship the same as love?
Isaiah 43:7
"everyone who is called by my name,
whom I created for my glory,
whom I formed and made."

"the people I formed for myself
that they may proclaim my praise."
Isaiah 43:25
"I, even I, am he who blots out
