Thanks for all your comments and thoughts on improving the site, a brand new version will be launching this summer and we're excited about the new features, so keep your ideas coming!

There're not enough big pictures of you and Tim on the homepage, I think we could have some more of those!
I jest....
Maybe you could do some more written series, like, what you do in your roles at church on a daily basis to grow, equip and strengthen your worship ministry.
As for technicalities, I've been having problems with website speed the last couple of weeks, it's either timed out, or just taken ages to load.

A few ideas...:)
I occasionally get a big drupal page moaning it couldn't connect to the database. But apart from that (and the obvious player issue that's now fixed) I haven't noticed anything else in terms of bugs.
Something I've thought would be useful and sure I've seen it mentioned by a couple of others is the ability to post attachments in replies - so for example if someone's got an idea of how something may be done differently in a song they can record it and then throw it up as an attachment.
The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is that it'd be nice if the videos on the front page scrolled, the same as they do in the resources section - it just seems a tad more flexible than having them static.
Ooh, and just because I'm lazy something like a view new posts button may come in handy.
And where's the video of you doing happy day on an ukulele Al? I thought that was giong up there :P
All of those points are relatively minor improvements on a great site already though, thanks to all the hard work from everyone involved to get it this far!
I'll just bring this up again. It would be great to have videos on what other band members are doing as a resource. For example Keys, Lead, Bass, Drums on certain songs.
Also when you set up your profile in the roles "intern" is not an option. But that's not a big deal really.
Loads! Just quickly it'd be good to have a personalised home page where you could view material applicable to you and your role based on your preferences.
Changing the format of the forum around - Sometimes I'm not quite sure where to put things.
RSS feeds on the forum.
Attachments in replies is an ace idea.
Voting buttons on the forum / ability to poll. E.g. Do you prefer chorus 1 or chorus idea 2?
Ability to have "power users" on the forum, and for them to create and moderate subgroups (I'd have one for my church musos).
Downloadable resources which help with the day-to-day running of a local church's worship ministry (e.g. rota planner, song database software etc.). I could write you one for PC but I know nowt about Mac programming. Crazy little white boxes.
Crazy one this - online version of the Bible where we can search by verse etc but where we can also contribute notes on verses / passages for songs which might work. So you'd have a verse or chapter on screen with lots of notes around it. This would be grown by the forum users and used when we have to pick round a theme. Awesome.
Ability to have fuller profiles so you can learn a bit more about people rather than squinting at their tiny ickle pics.
Searchable quotes database.
A quick list...but I'll give it more thought later! Happy to help as needed guys!
Oh, training videos which could be downloaded for team use would be ace.
I'm rubbish at BVs, and have no idea how to teach someone how to do BVs so a few downloadable 30 min lessons would be ace!
And another...Searchable database of creative worship ideas - for small groups and lighting effects etc.
(a bit like some of the conversations we're having in the Easter bit, but a proper ideas library).
Gear reviews a la harmony central. Where forum users can input towards reviews.
I like many of the ideas already suggested, particularly downloadable or DVD seminar and workshop videos. But for me the most useful and vibrant part of the site is the forum, and I wonder if this needs a little work. Here are some ideas that are used on other forums I contribute to:
LAST VISIT POSTS: listing all the posts in every forum thread that have been added since my last visit.
MY POSTS: showing all my thread contributions (not just the last handful).
MORE DETAILED PROFILES: with more information, including playable copies of all current songs uploaded by that person accessible directly from their profile.
PRIVATE MESSAGING: rather than messages coming to external email addresses.
DAILY OR WEEKLY DIGESTS: user-defined digest summaries of forum postings.
FAVOURITE THREADS: bookmarking specific threads that are of regular interest.
SEARCHABLE THREADS: with the ability to search current threads by keyword or author.
HIGHER PROFILE ON THE HOME PAGE: The WC homepage seems the easiest access point for current postings, with the last three updated threads listed. This could be expanded to the last five or ten, including the time of update.
ONLINE CHAT: Knowing who is currently online and being able to request an online chat might be useful, similar to the way Facebook chat operates.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Perhaps this is just me, but I have never received a single notification for any contribution or reply since signing up. It would be useful!
Just some thoughts.

...oh, and PLEASE can we have the ability to delete double postings??!!!

I find it difficult sometimes to follow conversations through the threads - perhaps it's just me and being too old for this sort of thing, but.... two things that might help would be:
1) Make the text windows wider so that you can see more posts on the screen at once.
2) Controversial, but I quite like nested conversations, where you can reply to a specific post half-way up a conversation. Not everyone likes this, though.
