Hey,
Click on your username to go to your profile, then hit the edit tab. Scroll to the bottom and you'll have a part where you can upload a profile picture.

Tried all this and I have no options. Any suggestions?

The pic service is now run by Gravatar.com - sign up / upload there and if will come on here!
