Hey, I'm probably being a bit stupid here but remember it says in Matthew not to call your brother 'racca' a.k.a stupid, so, just wondering, what is a worship 'pastor'? I'm not sure what your job description would include, I could guess, but it seems that there's a new 'title' in payed Christian ministry appeared without me realising! Not sure if I'm doing the role at church or not, or whether there could be some extra ministries that I could develop within my worship leaders' team. thanks for your help boffins!
