For anyone involved with UK church music/music ministry,

I am a christian musician and music degree student researching for my dissertation (big research project). I am researching into the current relationship between music at church (e.g. style, instruments, repertoire, approach) and the age groups within the congregation. I have done some research through reading books but I need views, knowledge, experience from people who are active and experienced in church music.

1) I have a questionnaire which has been going out to various churches. Responses though are slow and few. If you would like your church to be a part of my sample, please message me with the name of your church and an email address and i will send the questionnaire.
2) if anyone knows any particular individuals who are particularly experienced and knowledgable about church music and could help me, please send me details of them or post them here. also if you personally feel experienced and knowledgable in this field i would love to talk to you.
3) If anyone has any views, experiences, knowledge about the relationship between music and age groups, please say them here, or message me.

I really hope to get as many views/results as i can, as written information that is academic, rather than purely theological, seems quite scarce.
