I was browsing through the old podcast episodes from earlier in the year last night. Can I just recommend to everybody the January edition (also available from the Resources section of the site here entitled Equip).

This half hour talk is essential listening! Not just for leaders or musicians or curious Christians...it's got a fundamental message that EVERYONE would do well to hear and let it settle in them.
