It sounds from the recording that this song is pretty well finished, but one thing you might want to consider either in tweaking this song or for future songs is being consistent re who you're addressing in the song, as it helps the congregation know where they are. 'You' in the 1st verse is clearly Jesus - 'you left glory behind... Son of man ... you made the way' - so you'd assume 'You' in line 1 of the chorus is also Jesus, except for the fact that line 2 says 'through your Son Jesus', so line 1 of the chorus is presumably addressed to the Father. Then vs 2 switches from 'you' being Jesus (as in vs 1) to referring to him as 'he'. Might be worth looking through the lyrics and seeing if there's a simple way you can tidy it up so that it's consistent throughout and doesn't present the picture that the Son of man gave his son Jesus... if that makes sense?!
