Response of Praise
5 replies
this worship song was written in response to simply gazing upon the beauty of the work of the cross and salvation... its pretty simple, flawed in recording, and incapable of fully communicating our call to worship and the Lord's Majesty... but i pray that God uses it for the glory of His name.. Jesus Christ brought salvation! Our response... lives of worship - Christian

I really love this song, i love the words. i hope this doesn't sound offensive, its supposed to be a good thing, but there is a rawness to the song, which makes it feel true and spirit led. I could envision a room of God's children being swept up by the spirit whilst singing this song. Awesome! Susie
Great work! I especially love the chorus when the Em7 kicks in, sounds really powerful The only thing that stood out for me was would it be better for the second chorus to use 'come all ye saints, come GIVE glory?' 'sing glory' seems a bit ambiguous? Great song.
Really like the feel of this, especially the chorus. Nice and simple to play as well which is always good!
thanks for the feedback... no offense at all... it does definitely by nature have a raw sound, which i didnt plan on, but turned out that way... also, I really like the idea of changing the 'sing' to 'give' Thank you again... God Bless
