Hi all,
Many forum regulars will be familiar with the free worship song resource that is RESOUNDworship - myself, Gav Ball, Kiers and a few other WC members are part of the song-writing collective. I'm pleased to announce that we've just gone live with a new, greatly improved, website, built by Kiers aka www.ascent-creative.co.uk. As well as everything looking a lot nicer, you can now:
- Post comments on songs as well as rate them with 'I like this'/ 'I've used this'
- Search by Bible passage
- Easily view songs on the same theme in a handy sidebar
- Preview songs from search pages
- Instantly share songs you like on Twitter and FB
Everything's all still free to use and download.
It's going to be a couple of weeks before we start publicising the new site properly - in the meantime if any WC users had a spare moment, we'd really appreciate it if you could take a look round the site and try and break it! :) Post up any comments or issues here and the wonderful Kieran will sort them out.

So far it looks good! I tried everything. Even sent you guys a note and registered. I couldn't break anything. Sorry Matt.
A few recommendations. Maybe see if you can find a wood plank background, it is timeless. Also, on a serious note, may be nice to add the option to scroll through songs before committing to download them.

Re scrolling through songs, what do you mean? Do you mean as in scrolling the list of songs on http://www.resoundworship.org/songs ? At the top of that page you've got a 'Preview all' button which will play iTunes-style snippets of everything in the list (it does the same when you search for a theme as well), you can skip through the list on the player.
If you mean jumping through a song that is playing, Kieran added that facility last night, you can know click around the timeline in the player like on YouTube and it'll skip around as you want.

Agree with Marc, the site looks good. Liked the various search features, and the ability to like/have used songs. Nice one!

I meant the jumping through a song that is playing, but you're already on it!
I really did try to break it too... at one point I resorted to holding my monitor overhead, with resoundworship.com on the display, while standing on my desk, threatening to throw it to the ground while screaming "I'll break you yet!" (kidding)
i think it looks ace, keirs has done an amazing job with it!
