We recently had a Sunday morning panic when the computer we use for presenting lyrics/scriptures/PowerPoints etc booted up with a video card fault and wouldn't recognise the second monitor output (required as the output for the display screen). Thankfully, after some prayers of desperation and yet another reboot, the video card started working and lasted the day before failing again, meaning we got through our services but then had to pay a local IT company to fix it for us. This started a conversation in our church office about a suitable back-up solution should this happen again. What back-up procedures do you all have in place for this kind of scenario? And, for those of you with fixed installations, do you also have a back-up procedure if your projector fails? Would love your insight and recommendations on this... Thanks!

we have songs of fellowship words books in the pews.
never use 'em, but if the IT fails, as it has done maybe twice in the last 10 years, we can change the song set and use the books.
