Hi... I distinctly remember a thread/post about what we as worship leaders desire in our team... it was a short list including commitment to practice, tithing, being a worshipper, and some other stuff... does anyone remember what was in it? was it even maybe a thing done by Time Hughes?

If you remember and can find it could you post up a link... I have some searchijg to do on whether I step up into a more challenging role within my church and need to look at this old post which I cant find.

ps PLease pray that God makes it very clear whether I should step up or not. If God gives you a word for me about it...
