Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experience / ideas in this area? Prayers appreciated!!! What I've been doing is aiming to reflect on His sacrifice and the amazingness of salvation and everything He's given us, then just letting it out and going slightly mental. At church I've just been dancing at the back so far. A few ppl joined in this morning which was really encouraging. There's so much further to go though - I would love myself and everyone to catch sight even more of God's amazingness and to feel the freedom to be able to express that however it comes out - whether dancing or some other way completely...
