I really like the feel and energy of this.
Lyrically I really like some of the imaginative phrasings and images (although I'm not sure thay all work for me). Each line has something arresting and originaI, but the flow of ideas between line is a little disjointed. It may be better to take one of the original phrasings and pair it with something a little more straight forward to flesh out one idea before moving on the next. And I think the pre-chorus is the stand-out part - very strong!
But great stuff. You've obvously got a gift for song-writing!

Thanks Paul. I appreciate the feedback. I have a tendency to over write lyrics in an attempt to not be "your love, came from above, just like a dove." But I can see how that sometime swings my too far in the other direction. Thanks for the input.

Being "overly creative" is a good problem to have! It's easier transfering some imagiantive ideas to another song, that struggling to get inspiration into something that's a bit too generic to begin with...

i really like this, great stuff. superb recording and great energy!
i agree with paul that some of the lyrics are a bit disjointed/vague. i dont know whether many churches would get a lot of the ideas? but it could work great as a performance/solo song. i love the ideas you have, but i think they need a bit of tweaking to make them really congregational.
that said the unforgiveness line is terrific, nice one!
