I've just bought a new guitar and while the bottom has a bit to put on a guitar strap there's no hook where the neck meets the body. I've bought an adaptor for the strap so I can attach the strap just behind the fretboard at the head but I wanted to know if it's possible to attach something for the strap to go on where it normally would, on the main guitar body, and if this would something I could do myself.
