Hey everyone,
I'm just looking to see if anyone has had experience of a female vocal leading God Is Able. The key of B is far too high and, while I don't want to drop out of the congregation's comfort range, I need a lower key to use.
Possibly looking at going with G at the moment...what do people think?

Shows how misleading titles can be, when I first saw this thread I thought it was shorthand for saying God is able to use females in leadership as well, I was expecting a whole different subject and a debate with which I wouldn't have joined in!
After a quick play through on Youtube (didn't really know this song before) seems to me the bottom note is just the F# below middle C (and that's used sparingly!) So I'd say you're perfectly safe moving over to G, which brings the bottom note down to a D (easily in reach) and the top one down to C above middle C for the ladies (which again should be fine.)
And of course, G is a very, very Christian key. ;-)
