We've been without a drummer for all but 4 months of my time here, and have mostly made due with a djembe player. I'm not too keen on using electronics - just a personal bias. But I had strange idea: what about a beatboxer?

Has anyone tried this seriously? Certainly some do it with acapella groups, why not with a band?

I've got one of my djembe players working on it right now in secret...
