July 08 was epic! Although... I got the message from Brian Doerksen that we should compare Worship to a Starbucks :-) ! Brilliant Day! Thanks Tim, Al, and everyone who made the day really enjoyable. We had the prom the night before, but we were still up at 6am and on the train to London to be there, and even though we personally drained half the tea supplies at Central Hall, it was a brilliant day!
Fantastic day from an amazing team - thank you all so very much! Francis Chan was a revelation and Bonnie and I loved Brian's message too. We came away full of inspiration. What a great ministry! Paul

I had an amazing time at my first Worship Central, so will be dragging many people with me in September! Also, I think we were really caught up with God's plans/vision, especially with the ministry after the morning session. I have a friend who was at the Newfrontiers Leadership conference in Brighton this week, and she said that the theme that really came through was about making 'mission' (or evangelism) a part of everything we do, both in and outside the church. Which, in my opinion, matches what seemed to be being released in ministry today (evangelism, and evangelism linked with worship, for anyone who missed it). I suppose time will tell, however, as we see what fruit comes. Thanks again, I was really challenged by the day in a very good way, Mercy
Loved it!! Challenging, inspiring and relevant!
Had a great time today - thanks. The worship was inspiring and both sessions had excellent teaching and great challenge from both Nicky Gumbel and Francis Chan. Thanks for another great day, I didn't think March would be topped, but it has at least been equalled. We also brought a number of our young people today who really benefitted from the whole experience. Looking forward to the tour ...
Had a fantastic day- really empowering got loads out of it- including quite a scary prophecy spoken over me by a member of a ministry team- I am open to it if it is God's will though. Thanks for my new plectrum- I am using it to lead worship later- let's hope it is good, Thanks for a great day guys, Nick
Thanks to everyone who was involved yesterday - it was just what I needed! Last time I came to Worship Central, the next day our vicar announced that he and his family would be leaving us in the summer - losing your vicar is bad enough but his wife was also not only our curate but also our worship group leader and if it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have started leading worship. They left us last week and I feel a little as though my stabilisers have been removed as she was so amazingly encouraging, so it was great to be able to come yesterday - and I know one of our lay readers who came with me would agree.
As a start to my response to Francis Chan's message, I gave my new plectrum to my worship leader, who didn't get one. Great event; thanks to everyone who contributed, ESPECIALLY the people who stood in the cloak room and those guys in the blazers who watched over our health and safety. Oh, and the tea and coffee servers ... lifesavers! Great teaching too! This event got it just right, in my opinion.

"12JUL08" =] What an awesome day it was. Yesterday was truly inspiring. It was my first ever worship central event and I have to say I really enjoyed it. hearing Graham Tomlin's and Francis Chan's talks really left an impression on my heart. Francis' words "What does it TRULY mean to love your neighbour as yourself", and "Do you really want to know God's will in your life"...those were questions I've recently been struggling with and yesterday really felt like an answer to all the questions in my heart. Thinking back now I still feel that warm sensation I felt in my chest as he spoke. It was as if God gave him those words just to say "Iman, I have been listening"... I can't wait to share with my church ^^ May God continue to bless Worship Central and all that works with/for it, as He has really blessed me through it. Amen. "Love till it hurts...Then love some more" ^^

Fantastic day. Really challenging, powerful and life changing. Francis Chan's message was so amazing, has totally changed my worldview! And the worship was, as always, awesome. Thanks to all involved, for organizing such a wonderful day. Praise God!
