Do you have iTunes installed? If so drag it into iTunes. Go to iTunes > Preferences. Advanced > Importing. Select Import using MP3 Encoder. Setting: Good Quality Then click OK. Find your song in your library. Right click and go to 'Convert selection to MP3'. Once it's done you can drag the MP3 file back onto your desktop and upload it.
