Just a quick one, does anyone know how to play the intro to cannons in the key of G?? Any help would be very appreciated.
Hey Luke
If you're looking for single notes in G you should be ok with these two patterns:
C, B, G, F#, F#, G, E
C, B, G, F#, F#, G, C
over the chord sequence of | G | C | Em | Am |
Obviously these are just the notes. You'd need to listen to the track to get the hang of the rhythm.
Don't know if you've got the recording but there's a YouTube clip here:

That would be correct, but I'm pretty sure the C is played twice at the start of each line...

i thought so too... but hey, i'm sure you could easily do that?
Just an option: another small thing I like to do is blend a bit of an octave up into the mix. I usually use the micropog for that. You could also play the fundamental note on the 3rd string and the octave on the 1st

Oh which instrument? If you're just looking for chords then it's easy. I you want the actual lead/keys bit then it's not quite so easy, but not majorly difficult :)
