In prayer or worship, do you stick to a pattern that reflects God's holy trinity? eg. TO the Father, THROUGH the Son, WITH the Spirit...what happens if we pray to or praise God without explicitly mentioning the name of Jesus or acknowledging the role of his Spirit? Is it ok to worship the Holy Spirit alone, even if for just one song which fits into a largely Trinitarian flow of songs? Maybe we can glean something from measuring exactly WHO in the Trinity we focus most on and how we can more properly worship the 3 persons in 1 God in a more united, coherent manner as a result.
Experiences or reflections?

You like the Trinity Larry thats for sure!
Read this recently on how modern worship songs are maturing/ paying more attention to the trinity aspect of worship. Reaaly good read and its found at http://www.calvin.edu/worship/stories/contemp_music.php
"When you start to appreciate creation, fall, and redemption through a Trinitarian perspective, you realize we are enabled by the Spirit to worship in Christ-and that pleases God the Father. It's a more Christian understanding that injects God's grace into worship,"
"Anytime a [religious leader] has to wear a dress, something theologically has really gone sideways for me,unless it's a Jedi robe. I would totally wear a Jedi robe." - Mark Driscoll

Simply; I often feel that God knows what we mean and whilst it would be great to be able to always pray and worship "TO the Father, THROUGH the Son, WITH the Spirit" I think it's very hard as you point out to always mention it.
I don't think there's a problem with worshipping the Holy Spirit as He is God. For example; I would praise the Holy Spirit for moving in a place specifically but also I might praise Jesus for moving in this place or even just praise "God". All very confusing but any praise from our hearts goes to God so I'm not fussed.
