Philippines

Well the guys in Manila are officially the loudest singers in the world! We had a great night with out friends in the Philippines. In the afternoon we gathered with worship pastors from across the Philippines, including a number of Catholic worship pastors from the southern Islands, who are seeing amazing things happen in their parishes. The evening saw about 600 worship leaders, musicians and worshipers gather for a celebration. It was so hot in Manila, different to India, but very humid and sweaty. The night was fun, with a real sense of energy and passion in the church here. There was a brilliant moment when this kid jumped on stage and did a stage-dive, although it ended up being more of a stage-climb down as he didn't quite go the whole way (thankfully). I found it so funny I slightly lost it and could not sing for a couple of choruses. We left really early for HK with a 3.30am call! Ouch.
