More Korea
We had an amazing second day in Korea, pretty tired, but it's been amazing to see that God's doing in Asia. Every time I come to Asia I get so excited about what the Holy Spirit is doing across the countries here. Just over one hundred years ago, the first missionaries arrived in Seoul. Now, eleven out of the twelve largest churches in the world are located here and Christianity has become the main religion of Korea. Korea sends more missionaries abroad than any other nation on earth except for the US. I did a talk this afternoon on the Great Commission - it was extraordinary and humbling hearing eleven thousand Koreans roar 'AMEN' every time I said that Jesus has called us to go! The church here have a real passion for worship and a heart for evangelism, and this has been a really inspiring trip on that front. I've been reminded again how to encounter the risen Jesus leads to an urgency in longing for this world to know him. As we glorify, we're called to go. Anyway, I'm about to grab some sleep - we fly back first thing in the morning for church - it's going to be good to head home, but I've really loved this little trip.
