Focus
We just got back from an amazing week with our church in Suffolk, highlights included loads of people getting healed and some amazing times of worship. Every year we go away on a church holiday, kind of like a mini Soul Survivor or New Wine, for 1800 members of the congregation.
The site is a holiday camp on the beach, and this year the weather was sensational. Sun every day, loads of BBQ's and hanging on the beach. We had some awesome teaching from Brother Andrew, Pete Greig, Pastor Agu, Jo Saxton, Mike Pilavachi and loads of others. One of the big highlights was the number of healings we saw through the week. We saw some people healed from some pretty serious medical conditions that had been effecting them for years, one was even healed without noticing during their baptism in the sea! We're hoping to do a bit of special report on this soon, so I'll try and remember to post the link next month. Another cool thing was the sense of engagement in the times of worship and during the ministry times. It was honestly one of the most powerful weeks I can remember, which is an exciting sign that God is on the move and a real encouragement to be hungry for God. I'm now packing for a bit of a holiday later this week, which should be good. I'll try and blog a bit, but it may be a bit random over the next couple of weeks.
