New Album: Holding Nothing Back

A few people have been asking for an update on the album. Well it's all finished - mixed and mastered. Shane Wilson (David Crowder, Leeland, Brenton Brown) mixed the record in Nashville. I'm delighted with what he's done. The mix makes such a difference; pulling out all the right sounds and flavours.
My good friend Andy Hutch did all the photography - we had a good day in London. The design team at EMI then set to work and completed the artwork for the cover (You can see the final cover).

Then finally we completed a little DVD to go with the album. It's some thoughts and reflections on song writings. Produced again by Andy Hutch, it's got four different sections.
1. Thoughts on song writing
2. The writing room - an interview at home with Rachel Hughes
3. Holding Nothing Back - The video diaries
4. An interview at Soul Survivor.

The album comes out on March 24th. Well there you go - a brief update!!

hoorah!

I am going to have to look for it here in the states. Hopefully our release will have the DVD as well? Can't wait to hear it.

Looking forward to the new material.  What's the latest on a March podcast?  Enjoy listening each month to yourself and Al.  I also co-host a worship related podcast with a fellow Brit.  Check it out at reveal.libsyn.com.  It's a great way to kill 30 minutes or so.

Have a great day.
