It's been a great time in California!
Well I'm here in California, enjoying the sun, attending the Purpose Driven Worship conference, at Saddleback Church. It's been a great event with inspiring teaching and worship. I'm about to do a song writing workshop called 'Almighty Sounds.'
I'm really excited to be involved in Calling All Nations. On July 15th, thousands will be gathering in the national stadium in Berlin, Germany. This is the vision of Noel Richards who has really taken a massive step of faith. I've been hugely inspired by his boldness. I'll be there leading worship with many others such as Noel Richards, Matt Redman, Delirious?, 100 Hours, Brian Doerkson, David Ruis, Reuben Morgan, Graham Kendrick, The Psalm Drummers, plus many more. I love the old hymns. So much poetry and theology contained within such haunting melodies. A while back I was reading through an old hymnbook when I came across these words from the hymn ‘Dear Lord and Father of Mankind.’
