The Academy gives you the opportunity to encounter God on a deeper level and to grow as a follower of Christ, as an individual as well as in community.

Who is it for?

Do you have a heart for God, worship, and the local church?

Do you have experience in leading worship?

The Academy is designed for emerging worship leaders actively involved in leading in their church, with a heart and calling to serve as a worship pastor.

Academies run in a number of different locations (though you can only apply to one) across the world.

Theological study, worship teaching and practical masterclasses will equip you both spiritually and practically as a worship pastor.

Through leadership training and serving as part of a local church community you will be empowered to be a leader.
